Joshua Treat
Josh Treat is a lifelong Mainer with deep roots in the state—tracing his family lineage back to 1759 when his ancestor, Lieutenant Joshua Treat, became the first settler at Fort Pownal. Born and raised in the Midcoast, Josh graduated from Searsport District High School in 1995 and went on to study at Keene State College before transferring to Bentley College.
With over 25 years of experience in sales, Josh began his career at Dutch Chevrolet, where he built a reputation for integrity, reliability, and long-term client relationships. He took pride in guiding customers through the car-buying process and ensuring they remained supported well beyond the sale.
Now, Josh brings that same dedication and client-first approach to real estate. With a deep understanding of the local area and a strong pulse on the market, Josh is committed to making the buying or selling process smooth, informed, and enjoyable. He believes in building lasting relationships and being a trusted resource for his clients long after the transaction is complete.
Josh lives in Belfast with his wife and their three energetic children. He enjoys spending time with his family and appreciating the beauty and community spirit of the state he proudly calls home.
